AIS MODENA meets in TerraQuilia… the XIII MOON !!
Friday 17 June, in a convivial evening,
we officially presented to AIS MODENA members, guests in the cellar in Guiglia,
the XIII Luna ….
Bottles of particularly "perfect" vintages that have allowed to best enhance the characteristics of wines obtained with the Traditional Ancestral method ... that is the refermentation in the bottle without any addition of sugars or yeasts, without any filtration and with very low total sulphites.
