Ripe red fruit, berries, walnut husk, mint, mineral notes. Perfectly integrated bubbles in an absolutely dry wine. Dry and smooth.

36 months of aging on the lees.

No dosage after opening.

The perfect ripening of the fruit, which took place slowly and without compromising acidity, results in a red wine that satisfies and refreshes at the same time; the presence of some creamy bubbles reminds us that we are in the province of Modena.

Suggested pairings: dry pasta stuffed or seasoned with meat sauce; all kinds of boiled, roasted, grilled meat.
