SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER: HARVEST OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
On Saturday 26 September, the TerraQuilia winery gives those who wish to try the experience of the harvest.
So ... meeting at 14:00 and scissors in hand! This will be the opportunity to participate in one of the most important moments of the year for those who produce wine, to live and get excited by our tradition, which is not just work but also a convivial moment.
In the late afternoon, around 16:00, we will accompany you for a guided tour of our cellar, during which we will explain the whole winemaking process and finally there will be an in-depth study on our ancestral method, we will "blossom by hand" one of our refermented wines and we will continue with the tasting of some of our most interesting labels.
To conclude with a flourish… demonstration and tasting of Borlengo di Guiglia!
